Obtain: Volt Tornado/Raijinshou/Ray Gun (Axl)

Attacks:

  • Volt Tornado - spins around, creating a whirlwind.
  • Row of Onions - shoots a row of "onion peels" at you.
  • Onion Slice - creates a "sword" using the onion peels and attempts to slice you.
  • Around and Around - spins around while protected by the onion peels.
