Noise forms are a new transformation in Star Force 3 reminiscent of style changes in battle network 3 each form has it's own pros and cons,strengths and weaknesses. you gain your first noise change in the main story after a chat with an old friend and after that point you get a chance to gain a new one every time you battle a G virus. there is a total of 13 noise changes in the games two are version exclusives (Red Joker, Black Ace) and rouge noise can only be obtained with certain rules. the other ten are all obtainable in both games but 5 are common in each game and 5 are rare.
the noise changes are as follows:

Noise Form: libra
Non-Vibrant Form: fire and aqua elemental card + 10 attack
Vibrant Noise Form: non-dimming, non-elemental cards:5% recovery
Charge Shot: Side Spread
NFB: Meteor Light Barrage
Noise Form: Corvus
Non-Vibrant Form: non-dimming fire elemental cards: +30 attack
Vibrant Form: unaffected by poison panels, hp bugs, and enemy black hole type cards
Charge Shot: Shocking Flare
NFB: Atomic Blazer
Noise Form: Cancer
Non-Vibrant Form: non-dimming aqua elemental cards: + 30 attack
Vibrant Form: Adds bubble effect when attacking with non-dimming aqua cards
Charge Shot: Bubble Shot
NFB: Dyna Wave
Noise Form: Gemini
Non-Vibrant Form: Tag Force(2 cards that are likely to appear at beginning of battle) and non-dimming elec elemental cards: + 30 attack
Vibrant Form: get paralysis effect when you hit an enemy with sword cards
Charge Shot: Rocket Knuckle
NFB: Thunder Bolt Blade
Noise Form:Ophiuca
Non-Vibrant Form: wood elemental cards: + 20 attack
Vibrant Form: adds confusion to non-dimming, non- elemental chips. you are prevented from being cofused or blinded
Charge Shot: Wood Shot
NFB: Elemental Cyclone
Noise Form: Cygnus
Non-Vibrant Form: Air and Float shoes. non- elemental cards: +10 attack
Vibrant Form: Non-dimming wind cards: +30 attack
Charge Shot: Feather Vulcan
NFB: Meteor Light Barrage
Noise Form: Taurus
Non-Vibrant Form: Super Armor. Non-dimming fire elemental cards: +50 attack
Vibrant Form: No extra abilities
Charge Shot: Heat Cannon
NFB: Atomic Blazer
