Megaman.EXE is the Net Navi of Lan Hikari. When Lan was born, he had a twin brother named Hub who, was stillborn, but Lan's father had taken his brother's DNA and mixed it with a NetNavi system and created Megaman. So, Lan's Relationship with Megaman is like brother's as they have their ups and downs. But, when it comes to virus busting, Lan and Megaman's bond is at its best, as Megaman is srtrong enough to go up against even the biggest of viruses.
