The final boss of Megaman Battle Network 1 and Megaman Network Transmission. In Battle Network, Wily had created the Life Virus by using four elemental programs and had planed to send it into a rocket to destroy the planet, but Megaman and Lan stop it. In Network Transmission, he is created by Dr. Wily's assistant and is fought at the end of the game having a barrier and being able to use different elemental attacks.
