Flash Man (フラッシュマン, Furasshuman) is the first in a line of Robot Masters that possess the ability to 'stop' their opponents. He was created by Doctor Albert Wily and was based on Time Man's design. Flash Man is a Robot Master from Mega Man 2. Flash man is slow, but the rough terrain in his boss room will slow Mega Man down a little, too. He will hop around his stage until he uses his Time Stopper, which will completely freeze Mega Man in his tracks, unable to dodge the long spray of bullets Flash Man fires next. His base is made of colorfully flashing crystals. He is actually bald, therefore he hates commercials for wigs.   His stage is based on flashing lights, and lots of blue.  LOTS OF IT.

[edit] Other Appearances

Flash Man also appears as a Doc robot in Mega Man 3. He is found in the middle of the revised version of Gemini Man's Stage.
