Eugene Chaud Blaze (or just Chaud) is the current owner of Blaze electronics, which rivals AyanoTech. Chaud seems to be an extremly bitter person, always has a chip on his shoulder, either it be Yai Ayano or Lan Hikari. His NetNavi Protoman EXE has abilities that rivals MegaMan EXE. He once not liked Lan, but once he realized the power of Megaman, they became partners, but still have their grudges for each other.
