The net navi of Count Zap (but later net navi of his wife, Ann Zap) and one of the original WWW members. In Battle Network 1, Elecman destroys the power while a group of scientists are in a meting. He is invincible at first until Lan turns off his power source. In Battle Network 2, Elecman is a Link navi in Gregar and is operated by Ann Zap.
