Dex is the operator of Gutsman EXE and Lan's first rival. Dex use to be somewhat of a bully and would beat Lan in net battles until Lan got his custom navi, Megaman. Dex has a little brother Chisao who is a genious and believes that Dex is the best net operator in the world.
