Bubble Man (バブルマン, Baburuman?), created by Dr. Wily, is the first of a line of humanoid aquatic robots that continues to appear in the Mega Man series. Bubble Man 1st appears in Mega man 2. He can shoot harpoons as well as his signature Bubble Lead. His base is primarily underwater, including his boss room, so Mega Man needs to watch his jumps, or he'll hit the spikes above. Also a strange thing to mention is that in Bubble Man's stage if you hold the jump button than you will only rise to the top where eventually spikes await your death.

Bubble Man also appears as a Doc robot in Mega Man 3. He is found at the end of the revised version of Gemini Man's Stage.
