Also known as Forte, a robot created by Dr. Wily to counter Mega Man. Bass is powered by Bassnium, the most powerful form of energy on Earth, which Dr. Wily had found by mistake. No matter how many times Mega Man defeats him, Bass always thinks he's the strongest robot.
